Additional Fees:

  • Onboarding fee: $100
  • Leasing fee: equal to 1 month's rent or $1000.00, whichever is greater.
  • D & I Prime in-house labor: $75.00 per hour; non-business and weekend hours: $95.00; every additional hour: $ 65.00
  • Outside contractor’s rate: 15% of the gross value of work completed on outside contractors invoices. (Only charged if D & I Prime arranges and oversees maintenance.)
